- Possessing a B.NSc or the NRN and Post Basic in the relevant specialization duly registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
- Holders of B.NSc. must have completed the one year National Service or duly exempted.
- NRN/NRM duly registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
- Possessing of relevant Certificate from a recognized institution registered with the professional Regulatory Council.
- Possessing B.NSc or the NRN and Post Basic in the relevant specialization duly registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Holders of B.NSc must have completed the one year National Service or duly exempted
