University of Medical Sciences Ondo State (UNIMED) Post UTME / Direct Entry Form for 2019/2020 Academic Session
The University of Medical Sciences, Ondo State, UNIMED Post UTME & Direct Entry Screening form for the 2019/2020 academic session has been announced. See admission requirements below
The University of Medical Sciences (UNIMED), Ondo, Ondo State is inviting all eligible candidates for admission into the Institution for the 2019/2020 Academic Session into the following faculties/courses:
Faculty of Clinical Sciences
- Medicine and Surgery
Faculty of Dental Sciences
- Dentistry
Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences
- Anatomy
- Biochemistry
- Physiology
Faculty of Allied Health Sciences
- Physiotherapy
- Medical Laboratory Science
Faculty of Nursing Science
- Nursing Science (B.NSc.)
Faculty of Science
- Physics (Electronics and Medical Physics Options)
- Chemistry
- Biological Sciences (Animal & Environmental Biology; Microbiology; Plant Biology and Biotechnology Options)
- Mathematics

Eligibility
Candidates must have select University of Medical Sciences as their FIRST or SECOND Choice in the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 180 and above.
In addition, candidates who did not choose the UNIMED Ondo and are willing to change to the University are also eligible for the screening. (Click Here to Apply for change of Institution)
Candidates must possess Five (5) credit passes at one sitting in relevant O/level subjects including English Language and Maths for the MBBS/BDS programme and not more than two sittings in relevant O’Level subjects including English and Mathematics for other programmes.
Direct Entry Candidates
Direct Entry candidates who have already applied via the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB and who possess minimum of 10 points in relevant ‘A’ level subjects or a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in the basic medical or biological sciences with a minimum of second class (lower division) are also eligible to apply for Medicine and Surgery and Dentistry Courses.
JAMB UTME Subject Combination
All courses in Faculties require; English Language, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in UTME.
Candidates in Mathematics require English Language, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology in UTME.
How To Apply For UNIMED Post UTME Screening
Go to the University’s portal at; www.unimed.edu.ng . Then, take the following steps:
i. Click on Admission, Then click on Post-UTME to access the Post-UTME Portal;
ii. Click on Payment to make payment via online payment system using your VISA or MASTERCARD (Note that VERVE Card it not allowed)
iii. After payment, Print Payment Receipt
iv. On the Post-UTME Portal, Click on “APPLICATION FORM” enter your UTME Registration Number and Payment Transaction ID to complete the screening form.
Warning: On No Account Should Candidates Make Payment To Any Unauthorized Account.
UNIMED Ondo Post UTME Screening Date
University of Medical Sciences Post UTME Screening has been scheduled to commence from Thursday 12th and Friday 13th September, 2019, beginning from 7.00am daily.
Thursday 12th September, 2019: Faculty of Clinical Sciences, Faculty of Dental Sciences and Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences
Venue: MIS Centre, Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo City
Friday 13th September, 2019: Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Faculty of Science and Direct Entry Candidates
Venue: MIS Centre, Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo City.
Warning: Any candidate who fails to present him or herself for the Admission Screening Exercise will NOT be considered for admission into the institution for the 2019/2020 academic session.
Recent entry: FUBK Post UTME Screening Form
Candidates are expected to come to the screening with the following;
- All candidates are requested to bring along the following items to the screening venue:
- JAMB UTME Notification of Results/Registration Slips for Direct-Entry Candidates;
- Electronic Payment Receipt.
- Printed copy of the completed 2019/2020 Admission Screening slip.
