1. Production Managers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Home Science, Biochemistry, or related disciplines.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is advantageous.
• Significant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and technologies.
• Proficiency in identifying production issues, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and implementing corrective actions.
• Proven record of acting in a similar role is an added advantage.

2. Quality Assurance Officers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or certifications in quality management systems are an added advantage.
• Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Meticulous attention to detail for accuracy and precision in QA/QC procedures and documentation.
• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
• Ability to conduct internal and supplier audits for compliance with quality standards.

3. Customer Service Officers

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Comprehensive understanding of the products manufactured by the company.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Social Sciences and Humanities.

4. Sales/Marketing Representatives

Requirements:

• Strong marketing skills.
• Team player.
• Self-starter and self-motivator.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in sales/marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Management Science, Social Science & Humanities.

5. Storekeepers

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in inventory control.
• Ability to keep records of material acquisition and usage.
• Minimum of ND or its equivalent.

6. Maintenance Officers

Requirements:

• Minimum of ND in mechanical or electrical maintenance or its equivalent.
• Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement timely repairs.
• Proven record of commitment to workplace safety and adherence to occupational health and safety regulations.

7. Drivers

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s Licence.
• Clean driving record.
• Long-distance driving experience.
• Provide a medical certificate.
• 5 years driving experience.
• Minimum of ND or its equivalent /Trade Test.

8. Cleaners

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in cleaning roles.

9. Security Personnel

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
