In a recent series of announcements, the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) has outlined the comprehensive process for candidates aspiring to take the NDA Screening Test for the 76th Regular Course (76RC). This rigorous screening is an essential step for individuals seeking admission into the esteemed institution.

Eligibility and Shortlisting

To be eligible for the NDA Screening Test, candidates must have scored 180 or above in the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination and have been shortlisted by the academy. If you meet these criteria, you can proceed to the next steps outlined by the NDA.

Payment and Registration

Candidates are required to log in to the NDA portal and make the necessary payment for the Computer-Based Test (CBT) using Remita, the academy’s designated payment platform. Upon confirmation of payment, candidates can proceed to the subsequent stages of the registration process.

Select Your Test Town and Print Acknowledgement Slip

After successful payment, candidates must log in again to the NDA portal to select the town where they intend to take the Screening Test. The test will be conducted from 13th to 17th May 2024. Following town selection, candidates should print an acknowledgement for their reference.

Wait for Centre Assignment

Following the selection of the test town, candidates are advised to exercise patience as the NDA assigns them a specific test centre. Centre assignments are scheduled to be released on 22nd May 2024.

Print Your Screening Test Admission Card

Once test centres are allocated, candidates must log in again to the portal to print their Screening Test Admission Card. This crucial document will contain vital information such as the centre address, exam date, and time.

Test Day:

• The NDA Screening Test will be held on May 25th, 2024.
• Report to your assigned test centre on time and bring the following documents:
  • Acknowledgement form
  • Screening Test Admission Card
  • JAMB registration slip
  • Two passport-sized photographs with your name, state of origin, screening centre, JAMB registration number, course of study, and signature written on the back.

Important Notes:

• Centre selection can only be done after completing the 2024 JAMB examination.
• Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email to log in to the portal and select their preferred test town.
• Past question papers are not available for purchase or download. They can only be accessed at the NDA Permanent Site in Afaka, Kaduna.
