RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, examine, organise evidence, and other legal documents for review and case preparation
• Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents
• Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, and case files
• Monitor social media profiles, attend events and receive awards on behalf of the lawyer
• Assist the lawyer in communicating with clients to schedule meetings, interviews, and depositions
• Manage, organise, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems
• Provide general administrative assistance, such as maintaining the lawyer’s calendar and making travel arrangements

QUALIFICATION

• A university degree in Law
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
