When asked the outcome of the meeting, he said “We have already given them time to do what they have to do fast and there is an ultimatum. If they don’t meet up with it, then we’ll (the students) be coming out on the street.

They (FG) were given 7days ultimatum to attend to the needs of ASUU and give us a resumption date and if they are unable to meet this, we would lead a protest to all Federal Secretariats in every state and if variably if they still don’t respond we are taking it to Abuja”

Assuming Asuu calls off the strike and we resume, how are we to go about off-campus residents and landlords saga? Will the Students’ Affairs be involved too?

Addressing this he said “Hmm I have been thinking of that but when we get to that bridge we will definitely cross it. To a reasonable extent, yes! they will be involved.” He said.
