Location: Festac Town, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

Job Description
- We are looking for a professional who can work with the Organization’s Sales team to determine the best strategies to increase customer purchases.
- Assist management in developing reasonable sales goals and aid in expansion of brand presence.
- Possess excellent communication skills that will allow him/her meet objectives while remaining polite and helpful to customers.
- Create a sales plan to generate revenue.
- Understand key customer individual need and addressing them.
- Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Expand customer base by upselling and cross selling.
- Monitor & assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our client.
- Participate in one on one meetings with clients.
Qualifications
- Applicants must possess OND, HND or BSC qualification.
- Years of experience can be an added advantage.
